My dad has a balance problem because he had a minor stroke and his left side is not working as it normally would. He walks with a cane and takes one step; secures his step before moving off again. I have to wait on him a lot when I take him to the doctor because I am afraid that he will lose his balance and fall. That would only create another scenario that would be detrimental to his health.

I think Exercise in the earlier age does kick off the balance issues, I think so? Am I right? With the exercises like Push Ups and other balancing exercises which keeps your body in balance may help out. Not sure whether this would work or not but would love your input on it.

Anyways, yeah balance problem can be a huge problem for elders thats why they've to be very careful. A minor fall can be dangerous on bones as well.
