I hope Nancy subscribed to comments because our product really works and it could be just what she is seeking. Urinary incontinence is no fun but it can be resolved.

UI is no fun! As a woman past 50, I am now struggling with this issue. I am working on loosing weight (going slow), exercising more (going slow) and drinking more water (doing much better here). Any suggestions I find to help with this problem I read. I agree with the article, it is embarrasing (I have to wear a pad everyday) and I am afraid of surgery. Thanks for the suggestions.

I have seen too many old people suffering in Urinary Incontinence, and I don't want my hair to turn gray, my skin saggy and withered before I say NO to cigars, caffeine, and beer.

I am just 29 years old and I am already a health advocate. My parents are my first customers in the product that I am sharing.

The golden rule of prevention is better than the cure will never become a cliché because most of us are lazy to discipline ourselves.

It is so melancholic to see old folks having no control with their bladder, I know how they feel because I have grandparents too.

Because of the blessing of the understanding of the reality of old age and diseases in our lives, I am committing myself in helping others.

Thanks for this post. Your suggestions on how to reverse urinary incontinence are truly helpful, especially for women. What most people do when they suffer urinary incontinence is to drink lesser water. Although this method really lessened the tendency to urinate uncontrollably, this has also caused dehydration for many. Bladder training and biofeedback can be of help. Some products in the market are helpful to treat urinary incontinence as well. Just make sure to choose only an all-natural treatment to make sure you won't suffer any dreadful side effects. Of course, having that all-natural supplement with healthy diet and regular exercise, like kegel exercise, is always better.
